Jon Dollison, PA
Physician Assistant
Jon Dollison is David R. Lionberger, MD's Physician Assistant, aiding the doctor in all aspects of our patients' care. He works closely with Dr. Lionberger in providing pre- and post-operative care in the office as well as direct surgical assistance in the operating room. He also plays a large role in the care of our patients during their hospital stay. Coming to us from Chicago, Illinois, he received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 2006 and another from the Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, VA. Jon began working with Dr. Lionberger in August 2009 and is delighted to be a part of the orthopedic team. As a Physician Assistant, Jon is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and holds a certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. |

Nita Eggers
Office Manager
Nita joined Dr. Lionberger's staff as Office Manager in January 2009. She came to Southwest Orthopedic Group with more than more than fifteen years experience supporting senior executives within public companies, including a pharmaceutical and medical device company. She is the proud mother of three adult children and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. |

Maria Gonzalez
Surgery/Clinic Coordinator
Maria began her career in the medical field when she joined David R. Lionberger, MD's practice in 1995. Maria schedules all surgical procedures and coordinates Dr. Lionberger's clinics. Maria works closely with the patients and reviews the details of surgery as well as gives detailed information on pre-operative instructions. |

Bonnie Acosta
Surgery Pre-Certification/Clinical Coordinator
Bonnie began her medical career in 2004 and joined Dr. Lionberger's practice in 2009. She does all patient insurance verification prior to scheduled appointments and assists the Physician's Assistant in the clinic with patients on their first post-operative visit. Bonnie lives in Sugarland and enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her husband and four year old daughter. |

Li Fang, PhD
Research
Dr. Fang manages orthopedic research projects including sponsor- and investigator-initiated clinical trials. Dr. Fang has led multidisciplinary biomedical research projects at University of Texas Medical Branch before joined FSOR. He serves the Principal Investigator, Co-Investigator and Sub- Investigator on many pre-clinical and clinical research projects. He earned his medical degree at Beijing, China before completed his PhD study in Cell Biology at University of Texas.
In 2001, Dr. Fang joined the faculty of the University of Texas Medical Branch as a team leader of Neurosurgery Division, a position he held until 2009 when he joined FSOR. He had special training in clinical research management and holds a special certificate of Clinical Trial Administration from University of California San Diego. Dr. Fang has authored more than fifty publications on peer-review journals. He serves as a regular reviewer of Journal of Neuroscience, Journal of Neuroscience Research, Journal of Neuroscience Methods, Molecular Pain, Neuroscience Letter and Vision Research. |

Catherine CrockerResearch
Catherine Crocker, Research Fellow for the Foundation for Southwest Orthopedic Research, coordinates sponsor and investigator initiated clinical trials. She received her Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas and her Master's of Public Health from UT-Houston. Catherine also serves on the Board of Directors of the Pink Ribbons Project and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. |

Lacy YeagerBilling Specialist
Lacy joined Southwest Orthopedic Group in 2005, and Dr. Lionberger's practice in 2007. With an extensive background in medical office administration, she addresses insurance and billing needs for patients, as well as surgery pre-certification. Lacy is the mother of three and lives in Danbury. |
